While still in DOS, type this before opening the game: SET S_HOST=3DCASTLE
This gives you all weapons, 900.000$, 5 nukes and becomes invincible
Pressing the Backspace key in a game also gives you a deathray

Press "T" and type:
THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE - Invincible
