Constructor

Start a new game, then in the menu where you pick a contender, type these codes:
When you type these codes, press "Return" key and you will hear a little Beep to signal the code works.
While ingame and you press C, a little Plus+ sign will appear at the date, to show the code is active.

speed471 = Higher net speed
worker902 = You can buy a worker at any time
gangster822 = You can change from worker to gangster at any time
weapons473 = You can buy any weapon you want for your gangsters
tenants127 = You can pick any tenant you want
build909 = Press CTRL when you place houses and they will be build right away
gadgets337 = You can build every gadget
complain840 = Complaints can be removed by pressing ALT+C key combination
cadets552 = Get all police cadets and mob bribes you want by pressing either ALT+P or ALT+M
missions824 = You can disable off (or pause them) by pressing ALT+I
